OK so I have posted this question to my friends I know watch DGM and have gotten no further to an answer so I'll ask here too just in case some of you acctually have a pretty good idea what I can do
So I am currently writing a DGM fanfic. The base of the story is that Lulubell managed to become an exorcist and have to change sides. Far out in the storyline she will help the other exorcists defeat the Noah's by telling them that by slashing at them with Allen's sword will kill them and that they will no longer regenerate every 20 or so years as they have in the past.
Now envision this little scenario:
Road Kamelot is in a basic 4 walled room. She is in a chair, chained down to it at her legs and arms. In said room is Allen and about 12 other stronge exorcists. Lulubell told them a way to avoid Road the use of her powers to get herself free. Basically she is trapped and she know's it.
She also sees Allen in front of her pointing his sword right at her heart, and she know's without a shadow of a doubt that he will use the sword on her and turn her human, something she does not want to happen, but know's is going to happen
How in the world does she react?
So far my friends have come up with the basics of:
A) She would panic
B) She would try to strike a deal to get herself out of her situation
C) She would give up, knowing that even if the worst did happen at least she'd have a shot on Allen
So I looked the suggestion over... a small part of me believes that she would panic, but another is telling me that Road have too much pride to look scared when facing an exorcist, even if she was terrefied out of her wits.
Striking a deal... well Road is no idiot, she would know that even if she offered Allen a billion deal's he'd never take it because of 2 things. One he believes (and is probably right) that by killing the Noah within her Road will have a chance of a normal life, and as much as he hates the Noah of Dreams he can't feel hatred for a 12 year old girl who is manipulated by it. Two they will have killed a Noah for good and it will never come back to hurt his friends or innocent people again.
Giving up.... I get what my friend was thinking and in the end I'm sure that Road will understand that resistance is futile and trying to fight it will only bring trouble, however just giving up just isnt... Road.
So I am asking you random DGM fans out there the same question I have asked my friends... If Road was trapped, with no chance of escape, staring down Allen's blade... how do you think she would react?
